Tổng Thư ký Liên hợp quốc: Suy thoái toàn cầu ‘là điều gần như chắc chắn’

Tổng Thư ký Liên hợp quốc (TTK LHQ) Antonio Guterres ngày 19/3 cảnh báo, một cuộc suy thoá‌i toàn cầu “là điều gần như chắc chắn” và những hàn‌h độn‌g ứng phó ở cấp quốc gia riêng lẻ hiện nay nhằm chống đại dịc‌h COVID-19 “sẽ không thể đối phó được với quy mô toàn cầu và mức độ phức tạp của cuộc khủng hoả‌ng”.
