GS. Võ Tòng Xuân: ‘Chỉ cần giữ 1,5 triệu tấn gạo là bảo đảm an ninh lương thực’

GS. Võ Tòng Xuân cho rằng, gi‌ải pháp hài hòa nhất hiện nay là, chỉ giữ lại 1,5 triệu tấn gạo dự trữ, còn lại vẫn xuất đi 4 triệu tấn gạo để nông dân được hưởng lợi.
